Refund policy

At Apex Supply Co, we want you to love your Dragon Phoenix Color-Changing Teapot. Because each teapot is handcrafted ceramic, we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but we've got you covered if something goes wrong.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at appexsupplyco.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Lost in Transit If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days or your order never arrives, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right with a replacement or refund.

What's Not Covered We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong variant, or normal wear from use.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
